This award recognizes General/Club Managers who go above and beyond in his/her role as a leader. This category is open to all managers from studios, small/large clubs, hotel clubs, franchised and standalone gyms and applies to those that manage a single facility/club. If shortlisted, finalists will be required to show evidence of how they have met customer demands, handled customer complaints, motivate and inspire their team, processes and initiatives they have implemented and more.
