This category is for small-medium gyms with a maximum membership of 1,000 members or less. This could be standalone facilities or could be part of a franchise. Your club will have demonstrated excellent progress in areas such as – but not exclusively – member recruitment and retention, staff training and expertise, customer satisfaction, services provided and what makes you stand out from the rest.
